Superior Carriers & Henniff

Mine looks different, but yeah, that's the last day money was put into my retirement account, but it keeps coming out of my checks. I do 15% of my gross, so it's significant to me.

 

How frequently was it done before? Weekly? I never really paid attention.

 

It went in every Friday at close, purchased shares, and showed Saturday morning. It was like clockwork. Now the money sits as dead money for weeks. If it isn't dead money, it's working for whoever holds it during that time.

 

That's not something I can find and the math doesn't work. I should be up several hundred vs the couple hundred from organic growth of my investment selections.

 

Rumors going around (Pasadena) Olympus has Heniff and Superior for sale. Said two of the Burns siblings are trying to buy back Superior. I think they have invested and merged too much now to be separated. Anyone heard this?

 

And we can't hire enough drivers down the street from those guys. I told management, pay top dollar for the best drivers, fire the ones that can't follow HOS rules and you'll get drivers.

 

And your info is fairly detailed to be just a rumor...

 

I’ve heard that rumor from 2 reliable sources in Pasadena, so I believe there is something to this story

 

That seems like a pretty wild one. I’m assuming they’re probably busy counting their giant stacks of money on a tropical island somewhere. That’s what I’d be doing.
