Werner good company ?

If you need to start they are ok,but consider the fact they are a training company and do not really care about long term driver retention.
Pay on dedicated accounts max out after a few years with NO longevity pay or cost of living raises.
You are and always will be meat in the seat and they have 300 new students every month ready to replace you.

 

I am also looking at Werner or Swift. I'm new to the industry and want to know who would be best to start with. I live in central NYS
