Yes. In my case it basically acts like a basket.if it tries to move forward it's held by the corners and pushed together.

If you can get it to stay up there. 3 rolls of felt, a set of steels rolled out loose and a set of lumber tarps over top and he would have been fine. Lot of work and probably didn’t pay nearly enough to do that though.

also not everyone keeps lumber on the truck.

Jon whats the purpose of the 4x4 in front of the load on the 3rd pic ?!...i guess it has something to do with wind control ...i always admired guys who loves tarping and does so good that tarp sits deadly even on strong winds!
I like you red pete ...i am speculating on getting my truck painted red as well instead of pink you suggested !

Ya helps with wind, keeping it tight so no water gets in, and on some loads helps prevent forward movement...

I guess it's just a habit that I have for a good majority of loads I tarp...

I think you would look good rolling around Chicago with that pink truck!! When you gonna get it painted, this winter when freight slows down? How much do you think it will cost?

Not sure on the cost for painting .
It will be done by my good friend in PA ...its just a matter of finding the right person , i am just too picky even considering its work truck . I was planning to paint in fall during my absence overseas but now everyone is talking about second wave of virus so i had to cancel my trip ... Also debating on keeping the fairings or convert it to just battery box like classic kw because its such a ####ty design in combination with "great" road that they dont stand a chance to live long ( brackets and aluminum pipes inside )

Doing some seasonal work for the next few weeks. Would have posted others but my phone camera lense looks like a spider web. Won't be fixed for a few days makes everything look like a fog lol
