Run a bottle of Diesel Kleen and after that a bottle of Lucas DPF deep clean they will help clean out the injectors and DPF. If you haven't fixed the air charge problem then it's still there the truck is not running properly which will cause more regen. If you idle a lot you should have bought a truck with APU, or install one.
