In Boise tonight. Even though my barn is MPLS. You would think I'm out from one of the Estes West barns. Haven't seen an Estes East barn in 2 weeks. Now that they know I have a home in Phoenix, for a 34, may just be that I stay out West. In fact, my barn tried to call me in last week to cover a run but Central gave them the finger and kept me out West. I'm even driving a brand new West Freightliner, twin screw, auto. Life is good with Estes.
Speaking of good, how many of you take advantage of the matching HSA funds for the first grand contributed? A free grand, nice.
Have to wait a year for 401k matching, but I'll still max out my contributions this year.

Do you guys have to fuel at terminals, or is it pretty much just wherever and whenever you need it?
I’ve recently discovered that my manager doesn’t care and I’ve been fueling at Pilot/Flying J every chance I get, racking up a ton of points. It’s honestly pretty addicting.Texas_hwy_287 and LtlAnonymous Thank this. -
They giving you guys 15 cents a gallon like @ ground? Man I used to have $100 a week in points when I ran a ground schedule for a guy. Was kinda nice not to pay for anything in pilot.
Estes pilot gives you 10 cents a gallon but they lock it out to 50 gal. Depends on the TM. I got in trouble fueling out all the time.
R+L we get 5 cents only a gallon at pilot.Texas_hwy_287, jmz and LtlAnonymous Thank this. -

I couldn't fuel out if I wanted to. A lot of our tractors are liquid natural gas now.
But that's one way for the company to save money.Texas_hwy_287, jmz and jtaran06 Thank this. -
Don't forget the hotel points also. Here in Twin Falls, ID @ Comfort Inn. Because I've been racking up the points, they said I was a Gold member and freely upgraded me to a suite. Save the points for free stays.

I haven’t tried to use them yet, is it just a straight points to cash conversion at the register when you want to use them to buy something?

jmz Thanks this.
