In the morning I'd walk on that grass barefoot...receiving cooling effect from the morning dew, just watch for animals dodo...but even if you step on some, it will have a balsamic effect on the foot sole...or so I hope.

It does not matter if you know I'm inside or not, without probable cause you can not just walk up to a truck thats shutdown and order a driver out of the sleeper. Cops are now finding out were done being bullied around by a badge. You break out my window your going to be looking at the business end of a Glock 19, Cop or not.

I guess I would make a no good cop. Why? Because I would NOT hassle the #### out of people. I saw the show "cops" one time, and during the middle of the night, there was a black man walking down the side of the road. Not doing a darn thing wrong. He was just out late. Just walking. And it was apparent he had nothing on him. It was also apparent he had nothing in his hands.

Now me in my mind, even if I recognized him and knew he's a drug dealer, if I didn't see him doing something against the law, I'm going to leave him alone. I'm going to go on my way. Maybe I might stop and yell out at him and ask him if his car broke down, (the serve part of 'Protect & Serve'). But this cop did a U turn and went back and commenced to hassling the guy. For a long time, the black guy was saying, I didn't do anything wrong, I don't have to show you I.D., I don't have to tell you my name. And he was RIGHT. And if he had kept it up, he would have eventually been let go. He should have been left alone the very first time he said he wasn't doing anything wrong, because the fact is, HE WASN'T DOING ANYTHING WRONG.

Eventually he caved and gave his name, and had a warrant and got arrested. So, that is the reason I would be a no good cop. I would have just let him go on his way, as we wasn't doing anything wrong. I'm not saying this was a bad cop. Very few are bad. And I'm a big time backer of the boys in blue. But I think cops image would be better if they'd just give a wave, or a peace sign to those that might look suspicious and go on their way. Acting suspicious is not against the law.

And, you see these videos where these imbeciles go around pointing a video camera at public property, like jails and police stations. And the police take the bait every dang time. That's what the imbeciles with the video cameras want them to do. To come out and hassle them, so that can quote this law and that. And the cops usually always do a walk of shame, back to their car and drive off. I wish cops would quit being so big on their power trip! So what, they're pointing a camera. What's their camera going to do? What secrets is the police station trying to hide? What, do you guys have victims chained to the walls you don't want recorded? No. There is NOTHING for their recordings to show, except for you guys and your power trip. So just give those guys the peace sign on your way in or out. Don't give them any fodder for their video. Their recording is NOT against the law. And unless you law enforcement guys show up, their videos are nothing but boredom. STOP FEEDING THE TROLLS.

In the last 30 plus years of driving I have never had a LEO ever bother me when legally parked, never knocked on my door when sleeping. I also do not sit in the drivers seat when off duty. I did once have a AZ DOT ask me about my logbook when walking across the Petro's, Eloy AZ, I just told him off duty dont carry one with me and went in and had dinner. When I came out he was gone. Went to bed.

 

Curious about the AZ DOT in Eloy. Were you just walking through and he was in his vehicle? How did he approach? And how did he react when you blew him off?
