Don't let them try and rob you because you have a cdl/dot cert. I was paying a cardio dr $300 to ask me how ya feel once a yr. and put you every test possible. BS. I fired him. Got a regular Dr.

If that reading is correct, you need to get to your Dr ASAP & on some proper meds to bring it down. I'm sorry but drinking lots of water & no coffee isn't enough with those numbers! In fact I'm surprised that doctor didn't do something to get you started right away. I had pretty much those exact numbers a couple months ago as well. Sometimes it takes a few tries at different medicines & doses to be effective. Mines down to acceptable numbers now but it took a few tries & a couple months. Also, get yourself a BP machine so you can test yourself & get your average BP.

Those are imminent stroke numbers, for real. Get treatment immediately.

Thank you for the reply, It is abbreviated on this iPad, so that’s why I asked.

I just yanked the url and it is there, @##$#&##@ iPad.

To the op, the person who took your bp should have called an ambulance and had you in the er.

I don't have a doc. Don't have insurance either but I need to start thinking hard about that. Work has been giving me the runaround. Not that it's worth anything anywaya.

Been cheaper for me to pay cash. Since it has to be paid anyway before insurance kicks in.

I either go to hospital or clinic.

Get your health under control and everything else will be fine . A healthy mind and body goes a long way , I see guys all the time that have one foot in the grave toughing it out. I was a gym rat before this I can tell you all the hours in the gym are wiped out over a few mon ths of trucking . Diet , exercise and some fasting to reset the gut and organs can really make a difference. Good luck

More than borderline #'s. No way that could be right even if you were jumping out of your skin.
