    So I finally got a call back. They said they don't provide drivers unfortunately, but they have lots of work. They downside though is that it's only $1.40/mile. So I think I'll keep looking

    So pretty much you want to expand without the work.

    Having companies find your drivers seems to lock you into their company and even though money is ok, there are serious drawbacks, like depending them on your plates, buy your own.

    I'm already driving full time 12+ hours a day driving a side and belly dump, so it's hard for me to manage other trucks constantly because I have no help.

    But I found a company that is contracted with amazon that charges 15%, and they are claiming solo drivers are grossing $7,000 per week. I might try it out
