I wonder if the equipment operator had to immediately go get drug tested? Probably not as the ILA 'protects' its members.

Okay, here's the deal here, driver error. That's a yard spotter and they hit a stack of containers, causing this one to fall. The driver is lucky it was empty or light load, as 46K would have flattened the truck altogether.

Loaded ones,there it depends on the initial energy.
Looks like the stacker driver miscalcutated his swing out.
A 20'.......barely comes out off the machine.
A 40' or more you would surprised how much it swings out. -

I have seen shipping racks be stacked up and fall over, once just randomly when no one is around and once on a parked trailer next to it. Would not surprise me if the crane operator missed a corner and it wasn't stacked as well as it should have been. -
