Well..I read Dino where you said Pharm was going to train. In all honesty, my first thought was "no way"!! Now I am reading it again. Now I am just in shock.
I have followed Pharm's adventures and misadventures. I applaud his efforts and encourage him to keep at it.
However, I will say we DO NOT need a rookie driver training! I know it is done all the time but that does NOT make it right. In this case it is scary..Pharm, in NO way am I trying to bash you..but you are still learning and struggling. Add to the equation your struggles keeping afloat financially and I can't see where adding a trainee is a help!
I truly hope if it is a trainee you will rethink this..you and that person are worth more then the problem you are thinking you may solve..
Sorry I just had to say what I felt on this oneEskimo6804 and 7mouths2feed Thank this. -
im not trying to put pharm down in anyway ,i think he done great ,untill is mechanical, problems, but im just trying to bring reality to the picture!pharms come a long way,and has ALOT more to learn! but i can see his point and what hes trying to do,and from a biussness stand point to get recoverd from his mechanical problems so he can get his truck on the road again,i am hopeing he heads the gravity of the situation of training a rookie,he made his mistakes and hope hes learned from them, but in the same respect we all learn everyday, and i have my concerns of him training with winter comeing on,as i have posted befor i have had to exsplain to three differnt familys why thier loved one is not comeing home anymore, and i can tell you it stays with you ,you never forget, its always there,,i can remember covering the body with the yellow sheet, thinking my god,we worked together for 8 yrs done this somany times, and all it took was a 24 yr old kid at 430 in the morning drunk on supperbowl weekend to take the father of 4 away forever, and clearly remember the wife and kids in the family room the wife standing and when my self ,my boss, and the lt from fhp broke the news the kids kind understood what we said, with out hearts in our throats and nerves shakeing, and the boom the wife broke down buckeled to her knees crying say why,why why him,,,,,,,,,and you ask why i posted this, and you wonder what i did for a liveing then ,im the guy that piss all of you off with the construction zones, i built the roads and bridges,,,,,and sometimes its just not worth it as it was in this case, the loss of a life over stupidity, and stupidiy gave me the honor of working with a good man, that new the chances of working on the hiway ,hope you understand why i posted this rob???????
