How are you going to find the vacuum leak? What’s the plan? I have one somewhere, I think it’s between filter and head. Plan on pressuring tanks.

Went today, got 14 more screws, finally finished the floor. Last 3 screws gave me a hard time. Went through 4 drill bits, and the chuck on my 1/2” drill jammed. No more Skil power tools for me. Borrowed neighbors cordless, battery and last drill bit lasted just long enough. That’s what I get for taking 2 days off. Time to move on. Tomorrow it brake chambers. Then new doors.

I ate Elk once, kinda dry, but tasted good. Bother in law got it in Montana. I’ve only seen 1, in Tennessee, near the Gorge.

Wow! That’s great. I’m hoping to average 6, once its broken in from the overhaul.

I have that stupid Cummins Foot feeler gauge.
You can use a dial indicator to do the clearances if you are in a rush.

I'm going with smoke. I need smoke there and then see where it goes. Or, wd-40, starting fluid. I used water at first, but thinking about putting water in the fuel system seems dumb. Water did stop the hissing.

October is definitely going to set a new record for me. Quite excited about it. Then at some point I will see what the bids look like and try to set another record in November. The rest of this year is gonna be SAVAGE.

Is that in front of the engine, or on the back? You take off the whole front of the truck?

You all know I don't know anything yet. But seems like they basically want it to be a break from driving. They'd rather have you stretching your legs on duty. Instead of sitting behind the wheel.
