As much as it kills me not having EZ-PASS I have to agree with gort. I have been watching this like a hawk week in and week out. Make sure you fill these out like gort said...PRO # , NAME , ID # on each and every receipt (a bit ridiculous but it does work).... I send in the receipts with the trip sheet, every pro number is seperated on each toll reimbursement sheet and sent in with the trip sheet with that pro number to make it easier for the office people to understand. I agree with eckz that they should call you but they don't! and won't! Yes its the drivers job but they can sure try a little harder at their job also...I have been averaging between $150 and $350 week in tolls being I run in the toll central NorthEast so I have to keep on top of it..

This will not help now, But I would make a copy of the receipts on a page or two and keep them for my reference! -
I save all that stuff for proof if questioned , just to be safe -
Yeah I do all that, but the reimbursements are running so far behind. I am owed money from atleast 2 weeks back. I dont have that kind of money to loan to TMC. When I started working for them that was not part of our agreement. Anyways, im looking for a new job. I respect TMC but I also require them to respect me, no if, ands or buts.

comcheks are a pain in the ###, paying tolls is a pain in the ###, trying to keep track of advances and pro numbers is a pain in the ###, fighting with your FM over this problem is a pain in the ###, reminding him every day for a week about this problem is a pain in the ###, stuffing money back in your wallet pulling out of a toll booth is a pain in the ###, sending in 19 toll receipts for one trip into New England and back is a pain in the ###, and working all week and bringing home $450 because of all these pains in the ### makes me want to work somewhere else. sick of tolls affecting my paycheck. sick of it. -
I was looking at my husbands online pay stub and it is really funny how they even make them out. There is a huge section for reimbursements but they never seem to use it, its always up at the top in tiny little writing. It can be missleading. Like one one check it had deducted around 100 for driver advances but at the top in the tiny writing it had given him back 80. You have to have some sort of masters degree in check reading to understand his pay stub.

I am suprised they let you go the PA pike on that trip.
If you skip the pike in PA, you don't hit a toll till youngstown, which cuts out a rather large toll in PA, depending on weight, and only adds 26 miles to the trip. So if the truck gets 5 mpg at 3.00 a gallon it is 15 bucks. The PA Pike that far is every expencive. It is easy to cut out OH also, but not really worth it since Youngstown to the state line is only around 21 bucks. Indiana is about 21. But it is not worth the miles to go around, and IL is like 8.
Of course if they have the PA pike set as your route I guess there is not much you can do about it. -
Yeah I saw what must be a dedicated(day cab 379) in schodack NY with an ez pass, not that you wanted to hear that
