    The owner put the sign there but unbeknownst to her someone put razors on that sign. A highway worker was moving the sign because it was too close to the road(local ordinances probably).He got cut and this is the end result. Either way someone is in serious trouble!

    Something doesn’t smell right about this story. I live in Oakland county and in my township they will send you a letter asking you to move things ( with an explanation of the fines) because they are not going to pay someone to patrol roadside. So yeah I wanna know why a township employee was touching something in front of someone’s home.

    It was too close to the right of way(road). Some jurisdictions have rules regarding signage and the distance from roads. The homeowner may have only owned the yard to a certain extent in front of her home.
