Well that's good then. That's about our clip. But we just sit in the truck.

But Landstar is still bad, and I still recommend everyone go to Schneider.

    I'm having trouble deciding now...

I was all set in stone to buy a dry van and head up to Central Point, Oregon for that big part time money up there...

Now I might have to lease a truck with this guys company...

    What should I do Dave?

Maybe option 3, I'll just go to Schneider?

Well, Central Point, I mean that's the zenith, the apex, the pinnacle of trucking. So there's that.

    You overlooked flatbed in Connecticut.

    What company is @Roguefox ???

I'm thinking it involves a good amount of manual labor.

I think it has to be Central Point.

    USA Truck.

No manual labor unfortunately and I have pretty much given up on going back to flatbed or tanker.

My sons rode this past summer with me and couldn't believe we didn't have to do anything. "No hoses to drag around? No tarps or chains? What the hell do you do Dad?"

If I wasn't East coast I would be riding the Dave_in_Az express. This was my best option to get the ball rolling.

A year in and I still feel pretty green. Constantly trying to squeeze every dollar out of every mile while minimizing expenses. It is rewarding tho to have a good week and know it was all your own doing.

Here's the trip I just finished. It's not USA Truck kind of money or Central Point by any means.

But much better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick. Took me 3 days.

Yes sir, a good run. It takes a lot time and patience to set up for those good runs.

Don't worry USA has plenty of runs I wonder why they even bother posting. You gotta plan and learn the lanes.

Sounds like pumpkin money to me, LS is bad, you need your own numbers. That’s where the big bucks are.
