Someone going to have to clean that load up. Is Toronto garbage all hauled to Ohio and Michigan?

I wonder what the penalties are for littering in Ontario.

Just need a plow truck, a front end loader. Plow truck to move all the debris to one side. Then the front end loader can dump it into the back end of the plow truck and haul it off. The last little bit might take 5 men an hour to pick it up by hand what the loader wont get.
