Checked fuses, (both under hood and in batt box), with ohmmeter and they all say they're ok. Not sure how to check for proper amperage.

4 wire plug in top left of ecm. 2 are power two are ground. Check those out with a test light.
spsauerland and HoneyBadger67 Thank this. -
Any idea what the voltage should be? I have a multimeter but no light and, of course, the fuel stop doesn't sell them -
Having batteries disconnected for 20min didn't helpD.Tibbitt Thanks this. -
Should match battery voltage and good ground on each pair.
spsauerland, pushbroom and HoneyBadger67 Thank this. -
Update on no ECM:
Wife reminded me of when freightliner wouldn't start after a visit to speedco. SO...I went through the fuse panel *again* and found one fuse with corroded blades. Changed that fuse and truck starts/runs again. I want to thank all of you for your suggestions and assistance. If my hair wasn't so short, I'd have been pulling it out.Dave_in_AZ, blairandgretchen and D.Tibbitt Thank this. -

Dont buy a led test light either. The whole point of a test light with an incandescent bulb is to load the circuit which a multimeter or led cannot do.
spsauerland, Dave_in_AZ and HoneyBadger67 Thank this.
