That's awesome. When I was a kid we had a chaperone at summer camp one year named Richard Sweat. Of course he was an older and back then lots of Richards went by Dick. You can see where this is going.

 

Pretty sure he got it. He just wasn't amused, like the first thousand times he heard it. Was probably wondering if you needed another thumping. Lol, I use to stuff like that to my grandpa.

Sorry he's gone, I miss my Grandpa. 3rd generation carpenter who taught me what work was.

In German that is a surname and it is pronunced exactly the way you think it is. Lol

When I was dating my wife she came out on the truck with me for a week one time(she never really had been out of Pa that much) . We were headed up 43 out of Milwaukee and one of them passed us. I’ll never forget the look of horror on her face as she asked if saw what that truck said on the side of it
