    So many truckers are just rude and ######## not all but like 70% swearing on the radio cutting people off tailgating driving way to fast

    The long haul driver will probably be the first to go . It will take many years for them to perfect the technology and finally get rid of the final mile guys.

    I think it's crappy deal all the way around but you are fooling yourself if you think it's not going to happen. It may be unrealistic now but they will keep after it for as long as it takes to make it happen. The megas stand to make too much money from them just by no longer needing to hire people or provide benefits for them. Trucks don't need a 10 hour break a 34 hour reset or an eld to track their time on duty. It's a mega carriers wet dream .
