    Technically PA doesn’t have weigh stations, with exception to the one on I-80 eastbound. They do use portables though and at some of the rest areas they will use for inspections. I know exactly where the driver got nailed, there is a pull off area on I-81 up in the mountains, about halfway between Lebanon and Hazelton. In that neck of the woods there aren’t many approved truck routes, so there is an exactly many places to get around the inspection stations!

    I'm thinking he got busted at the 132. He could have jumped off at exit 138, taken 309 south to 54 back up to 81. Avoided the whole mess. But it's for the better he got busted
