This is a post to tell anyone who will listen (or read!) about the increadably great service and hospitality given by Dave, the service manager, and the other Dave, the mechanic, at the International repair shop in Kansas City, Missouri. Right off I435.
My partner and I were stranded in the other Kansas hub when our heater went out, along with several other things. So we went searching for a repair shop. Driving a Freightliner, we stopped at a Freightliner shop and the 2 guys there pretty much told us to get out of their hair, they were to busy to deal with our petty issues. They had 2 jobs listed on their Sunday board! Quite rude and no help what-so-ever. A-Holes! So we stopped next door at the International repair shop and we no sooner told him our problem and he showed us the coffee pot, shower, break room, bathroom and got our truck into a very full garage. Less than 2 hours later we were back on the road!! Cant say enough great things about these guys!
Just when I thought customer service was a thing of the past - we run into these folks! If their boss reads about this - give them both a big raise and all the awards you have! Excellent Service and people!!![]()
Big Thumbs Up for International repair shop!
