Hey I can't pm you since I don't have enough posts. So I'll just tell you how class is going here.
Class is great. The Instructors are very good at what they do and they are very nice too. Class is going by fast too. Can't believe It's already the second week. Well if you or anyone else has any questions just ask me and I'll try to answer them.

 

Hi Rocky, Sorry to hear you didn't make it this time,but you'll be back before you no it. Beth Ann is my recruiter and she is great. I hopefully will get to start soon I had a gallbladder surgery set me back but am looking forward to getting to school. what is their bp cut off rate if you don't mind me asking. hope to talk again and hang in there.

Well, how hard is the exercise? I can stay way below that number sitting in this here chair

 

It is not your blood pressure they are looking at, it is your heart rate. You cannot pass your maximum heart rate which is the formula Rocky posted.

 

There is a maximum BP you can have as well when doing their exercise, but it is much higher then the DOT BP you needed to pass with.

 

im from california and my school is only 20Hrs*60=1200 for my cdl do you think that they will still make me pay for training??
