Need advice about a company not paying me.

    My Dad used to say education is expensive, usely when I messed up.
    The only way out of this is to find your next job and let them pay your way.
    Can you get a cash advance?
    Will they pay for a room?
    While I trust my company I still have a credit card and 1000 cash just in case.
    If the truck is in the shop and they won't send you money to eat or pay for a room you better make a move fast.

    I was driving through Wyoming 2 days after they had that really bad 140 car pile up earlier this year. I was fatigued and fell asleep behind the wheel. I was on a tight load and asked my company to reschedule the load because i was tired and a hazard on the road. They only pushed my appointment time out an hour. I slept that hour but it wasnt enough and i hit a wrecker towing an already wrecked trailer from the pile up. I was issued a careless driving ticket. No one was injured.

    Im not scamming anyone. And im trying to do the right thing, even though they aren't. I cant afford to just abandon their truck anyway i have no money to even get home which is why i need to get their truck back to their yard.

    Deliver the load and take the truck back. Then resign. They are not going to pay you. Move on and stop working for 1099 companies.

    The best way to convince to start treating you right is by threatening that you will take them to court. Research your situation and educate your self and speak with confidence. No body wants to waste time in court so most likely they will show you the respect you deserve.
