Sigh, joys of neighbors. Back when I moved here Misses High declared the right of way to our property was to be 50 feet wide. Ok no problem, we maintained a 50 foot wide right of way. We sold a section of land to her daughter. Alas she wanted to own the right of way as well. Fearing we might impede her. To date she has impeded the right of way 5 times and is kicking screaming about the stink we make that her mother made for us to keep it clear.

Isnt life wonderful? LOL Glad I can laugh about it.

You should have worked out a deal and purchased the land for your right of way access when you sold a portion to her daughter. Too late now I guess. We had a neighbor on our farm when I was a kid that we allowed to use a second access road to his property but it wasn't deeded or guaranteed. He abused it, so we cut him off. He didn't like us much after that.

Peanut grinder... A welders best friend. Ive worn out more of those than most stores stock at any given time.

Right of ways and easements are way too much hassle for what you get from them... If you need the dirt, just buy it.

Its deeded. She and her husband just cant seeem to remember the reason they bought the land was to have a place to park their junk yard of trash. Well they have oodles of room, yet they get lazy and park alongside of the road. Oh and the part they like to park on because it is cleared and mowed is actually our property and not hers.

Red ATF can be used alone in p/steer systems. And also is good to use alone in the hydraulics of an electric forklift kept in a freezer environment. Works as well as the more expensive aircraft grade they sell.

Post some signs. Parked without Permission will be towed at title holders expense. Go talk with the local
tow services. Tell them there is no permission given. Open the season, they will patrol it for you. Siezed,
and stored. Tag # tells title holder, one who will pay or forfeit. This takes care of the borrowed vehicle left there.
