I always get that spooky feeling of seeing a figure like that when rolling west Texas, or the small roads east Texas. I used to listen to creepy trucker stories when I’d get tired, got me more paranoid that I should be haha. If I actually saw that figure I think my truck would gain approx 500 more hp

What's this figure you speak of @iceman32 and @supergreatguy? I'm kind of a paranormal buff and would like to look it up.

Talking about that typical possessed woman in a dress with stringy black hair. Think exorcist, but with a Marlboro red in her mouth due to my neck of the woods.

had a very odd experience about two months ago: was pulling into the rail yard real late, got out to drop the trailer and a moth flew into my ear and settled. Had me in a rage with it scratching inside my ear. Got back to the yard to one of our drivers hopping out his truck to tell me there was a dark figure walking behind my trailer while backing. He was spooked, told me then got back into his truck immediately. Not a chatty kind of guy, which made it more nerving considering he stopped the truck just to tell me.

Figures seem to be phantoms, but if you believe in any sort of spiritual split within our earth - these things make things a little more interesting

Lol I see! Thought it was an actual thing!

I'd like to head out here one of these weekends before it's torn down.

Everytime I drive by a cemetery at night and I hear a bump, this is what I imagine behind me.

Had my driver door open on me while driving past graveyards twice in two different trucks, both times in a graveyard near Tulsa. That pictured just got screenshotted in my brain, thanks driver

Haven’t done it in Truck yet, but the ride down through Southeastern UTAH into the four corners area is creepy as heck. Hwy 191 in a 71 VW bus with crappy headlights and no sleep. Lol.

Hwy 6 in NM always seems to have some accidents and just weird stuff.

Hwy 60 from Show Low all the way into Socoro, NM take that ride at night.

Hwy 71 south all the way down to Texas at night with some fog always makes me think of the Deliverance lol

Hwy 101 from Sequim Wash to Forks, Wash with fog and mist and Elk everywhere... then trying not to get into a fight with the drinking loggers on a Sat. Night.

Hwy 46 at night. Getting off of 101 in Paso Robles headed East. You go right through the area where James Dean died.
That whole stretch is now 2 lane divided highway because of all of the head on fatalities over the years. Once you get into Wasco past I5 it gets creepy.

I used to run that stretch every night on my way to Bakersfield. This stretch is a one lane undivided with a plan to alter it in the future. It’s a dark road with the constant faint illumination of the small memorials left all over both sides of the road from the fatalities. Some of the accidents were truly awful-whole families losing there lives.

Thats a run I really do not miss. I could feel the presence every time I went through there.
