Foreign (Canadian & Mexican) Truckers adversely affecting US Truckers

Broker pays in US$, Broker needs W-8BEN from foreign business for a foreign payments. IRS or Revenue Canada, does not look at the BOL where the load originate and delivered.

Since, I started looking into it, I was surprised by the scale of such business activity by foreign companies in interstate commerce

 

Of course, its not anybody's fault
US moved manufacturing industry to China, which definitely reduced freight in US, considering the movement of raw materials and development of raw materials etc etc...
This could have stayed in US and, that abundant freight could be shared with that foreign truck closer to home contrary to sharing that with trucker fellow in China
Thread is no way to blame foreign trucks and promote hatred among people of any origin.

There used to be time when Americans were going to Canada to get medical treatment for free, then Canada implemented a better system to stop that!

I did not conclude anything... I respect your opinion that even though you are aware of such practice, you do not think the scale of such activities are of any consideration given the magnitude of logistics under NAFTA agreements.
When I was living in Canada, I did not think that the magnitude of Americans seeking free medical treatment from Canadian Health system was of any consideration.....
