Yeah I remember that blue FLD.
I was one of the normal drivers. We’ve a couple of real doozies that were regulars in their for swaps. Rebel, Chad, Cowboy. All nice guys, not badmouthing them, but they are characters !jamespmack Thanks this. -
We would do four swaps a day plus overflow at the time I left R&L. Easy 35-50 bills per trailerjamespmack and MACK E-6 Thank this.

Never had no issues with anyone. Good people. But sure as hell got a laugh at Cowboy! Real Lincoln NE kinda guy. All year long. Duster and all.
Drank some coffee in the break room more than once with some of you guys!LTL Bull Thanks this. -
4 or 5 years, what you hauled out, came in on one, or two trucks.LTL Bull Thanks this. -
Been super busy and hardly ever check the forum these days, sorry. It's a great place to work and they treat us really well, blah blah blah. I don't know much about the Toledo terminal in terms of P&D, I've only been there as a linehaul driver. Pay is comparable to the other LTL companies, with paid overtime after 40. Good benefits, etc. Where Dayton stands out is with a better atmosphere than most. The Shadow, Texas_hwy_287 and Cardfan89 Thank this.
