If i feel like my phone alarms won’t wake me up, i’ll set the screaming meanie for the end of the alarm clock symphony. Just knowing i have it set is enough to get me to wake up like i’m supposed to when the first alarms go off lol.
bryan21384 and 650cat425 Thank this. -
My bladder! Not kidding, I can expect to be awakened between 4:45 and 5:15 each and every morning. When ma nature calls there is not such thing as a snooze button!Bean Jr., bryan21384, Suspect Zero and 2 others Thank this.

Not sure your age or background. I've been waking up around 5am for 30 years so 5am is easy. Actually 449 to 454 most morning lol.
Sorry to hear you are having disrupted sleep. That's truly horrible. The closer you are to my age the more you will know this is true. Sleep is the foundation of a good day. Bad sleep is a health hazard actually and should be taken seriously. I don't have an app or alarm suggestion but if you can make some kind of routine and then teach yourself to get up consistently at the same time it will definitely be healthier for you.Bean Jr. Thanks this. -
Simple alarm clock on my phone, if I sleep through it then I guess I needed more sleep yet, I usually wake up before it goes off though.

Funny, but true story. back in June, I had shoulder surgery at the Hampton Virginia VA Hospital. Because of having Epilepsy (among other things) I was kept overnight and while still in the OR had a foley inserted. And the rest of that day and that night I did not have to bother with going! That next morning the nurse came in at 5 AM to give me a shot of Morphine! Woke me up from a sound sleep, when I told her about my bladder always waking me up she left the room laughing. Can't get a break from that 5-AM thing even with a foley!

I know all too well what that’s like.

Guys we in we in 21st century.
If you have some problem with waking up get you self a smart watch, or something like this
Fitbit
Inspire 2 (Just click on name , it will redirect you to Fitbit sitel)
When it will be time to get up, it can vibrate on your hand, and with sound from smartphone I can't imagine how you will be able NOT to get up...
And it will monitor you overall sleep quality
And usually battery last at least few days, so got up, put it on charge = good to go till next night
