    So I got 2 years under my belt driving w/ Werner OTR team Van, it was good (money.. sometimes) bad and terrible in a million other ways. Dispatch tended to give little about us sitting for no reason, never getting me home on time after being on the road for our 60-90 day stents. Covid came around family got sick, people died, so i quit, a year later i'm broke and looking to drive again, been looking for the best team otr company that will keep me scooting along, I know Im a relatively new driver, but any advice would be awesome, looking to start driving in the next 2 weeks or so. Stationed out of NC. Vet
    - STRONGLY PREFER staying out of north east areas.
    - Decent Dispatch
    - Good Trucks
    - Decent pool of drivers to select from
    - Prefer Night time driving
    Honestly pay it below most of these, just want to drive and have there be little to no on the road drama. Might be alot to ask for, but again advice is highly appreciated, thanks ya'll.

    Team linehaul. Lots of night driving and you can always try for a company offering set routes that don't go to the northeast.

    If I could swing team driving that's where I would look. UPS, R&L, Old Dominion etc.

    Tons of smaller reefer outfits in NC run teams to the west coast and back. China posted some of them

    Mountain River has very nice equipment, in Mt Airy

    W.L.A. in Mt Airy

    Cooke Trucking in Mt Airy

    Golding Transport in Dobson

    I think Justus Truck Lines out of Hendersonville (Asheville) runs teams west?

    Carolina Tank Lines in Burlington runs some teams but they have pretty strict hiring guidelines. Very nice equipment

    Mabe Trucking in Eden may run some teams?

    I’m assuming based on your post you are looking for a carrier that will match you with a co driver? Most of these will want you as an established team so that kind of changes your options
