    They are a relatively new company (a little over 2 years old). A friend of mine who worked with us at Tango just recently was talking with them. I know nothing of the rates BUT I do remember him trying to justify how they do (or use to) fuel; they would give 50% of load BUT charge you 5% for it plus the comdata fee of $3.50 per check!! I know it's petty but that could be up to $250 a week extra!! He was inquiring about their power only.

    Non exclusive lease. It is legal but seems they are doing brokered freight. We can do similar things but only makes sense with premium freight.

    What I am looking for is someone that can keep me loaded with premium freight. With all the new O/O out on the road today willing to except cheap freight to get moving good brokers are starting to turn to them to cash in.

    If that is true, then what is there to stop a carrier from doing the same thing? This is the worst I have seen it, stick with it, it will get better.
