High to low on 10 speed a bit noisey

    I drop the splitter from high to low at 15 mph. It's normally noisey. Loud bang. Less than 5 mph, it's not. Thoughts? It's an eaton fuller 10sp In a cascadia.

    Sounds like the sycronizers in the rear section of trans.Transmission shops have the ability/correct equipment to repair leaving main section of trans in place($1500-2000) The 10C or C10,one or other were noted for this!
