    hey im planning on moving to AZ whats the top pay at estes P&D fully endorsed , what are the chances of them giving me top pay when i apply

    That's The other side of Estes called Estes West. I don't know exactly but it's a little more than us. I think top out if like $30+

    Don't matter how long you wait. You're not coming in here and going to Trump all the drivers that put time in before you. It don't work that way buddy. Estes isn't begging drivers like SAIA & YRC. You'll come in, at the bottom, like everyone else.

    Granted I have no dog in the fight here, but if someone did manage to come in at top scale AND they do have the experience AND they prove themselves worthy of it, I personally wouldn’t be too bothered.
