They will if I want them to, but if I let them know they are usually pretty good about getting me something with a little more time to get it delivered. And I often make deliveries early, if I want to relax a little I will just take my time getting there to make delivery right on time instead of early.

Since I'm a local Teamster Union driver, I go home every day to spend my time with my retired Teamster Union wife.

Sleep , as has been said sometimes other things eat up your break, fueling, shower, eating.
Depending on the area and time of day or night these things can go quickly or take forever. I'm lucky most times I can pick my battles, shower and fuel midday or at least in a not so busy place
You will learn what works best for you.
Planning things out, and before long you'll begin to learn the best places and when to stop there.
    Best of luck to you.

Go watch shows about murder with a bunch of strangers in the TV room.

Or drop the trailer and go find something fun to do.
