Isx turbo leaking oil where actuator bolts to it

Oil leak where the actuator rod bolts to the turbo.

Is this fixable without pulling the turbo? Does turbo need a rebuild?

Any info would be great thanks

More than likely the oil is passing through the bearings in the turbo. How many miles on the turbo.
