Spam and oreos. Just like mom used to make. .... Honestly fried spam in a pan. Is good to eat with your girl Pam.

You have to cut it real thin, so most of the grease can cook out if the meat.

I live in the greater Charlotte North Carolina area and house prices are out of control around here, new 3 bedroom houses going for 230k - 250k.

Anyways, these were the only houses in the Vegas area that were NEW and were going for such a great price. I wanted to ask you - Is this area located in "The Hood" part of Vegas (if there is a ghetto in Vegas)? Or is 150k for new 3 bedroom houses pretty normal for the greater Las Vegas area? Do you think those prices will stay like that or are housing prices souring sky high in Vegas like they are in Charlotte?

looks like a mobile home park.

For that $150k you may not be buying the property and may end up with a monthly space rental and/or HOA fee. (like a condo).

Santa did come here last night. Well, actually I think it was my son-in-law. 120 rounds of 9mm ammo-50 target and 70 personal defense hollow points. And got a email from a friend that ups will be bringing me another 100 rounds of target ammo on Tuesday.
Even better is my wife is ready to go home so we leave in the morning. Love seeing everyone, especially the grandkids, but I'm ready to be home.

Arizona has very similar home prices with very smiliar landscapoe and weather , and better opportunities for cdl jobs.
