K so how much on average paycheck for 3000 miles for week
-
Our DoD teams who do 3,000 loaded miles and say 1,000 DH miles (that would be 2 loads a week probably) will average $1650 to $1700 per week per driver gross. Our monthly bonuses are $1,000 to the team for 14 loads or 14,000 loaded miles in the month with no violations. Our quarterly bonuses are based on performance and range between $850 and $4000 to the team per quarter. Those are not factored into the weekly average. Most loads are less than 5,000 lbs. I would be more than willing out you in touch with some of our DoD teams if you want to email me: careers@msrtransportservices.com

Arizona home time
-
Arizona has 7 major DoD facilities so you should be able to get loads in/out or near AZ without issue. We also have some temperature controlled teams from AZ as well and its never been an issue for them to get home. On the DoD team, you let them know your home-time requests and they go out and try to specifically bid on DoD loads taking you where you want to go. All we ask is that you get within 500 to 600 miles of home and you can DH from there in the truck (team keeps the truck with them). All we ask is that teams stay in service for at least 40 weeks out of the year ... they can stay in more if they want to of course. You can also pick/choose your own home time schedule. Some teams go as needed, others stay out for 3 weeks, others stay out 60 days ... it doesn't matter to us.
