I haven t posted in awhile. Once I came off home time, I went over to Dalton, Ga then to Puyallup, Wa. From Puyallup to Burlington. Then Burlington back to WI, then back towards the house. At least I thought I was. They had already planned me on something, eventhough I m 20 minutes from the house, and low on hours, Oh well. They figured since I ve been the top driver the last 2 years that I m obsessed with miles. I ve told them repeatedly, I could care less about that award. A measly plaque for the top driver.

Like some of the other drivers have already mentioned, things have taken a turn for the worse here lately. Its a company wide I don t care mentality. Grand Forks is slacking big time. Waiting until the last minute to update all the trailer tags the last few days of 2020. Trailers past due for annual inspections, drivers dropping defective equipment, the list goes on and on.

I myself may be on the move soon. Even though they just gave a pay increase, the bad is outweighing the good here. Also, booking brokered loads where the broker is clueless, or calling you every 5 minutes about a load. Its beginning to take its toll.

Lastly, you know its getting bad when office and shop employees getting into it all the time, and when you ask them a simple question, its a dry smart assed response.

Why would you say that? Company makes changes, and they're going under? Maybe they just put the wrong people in the wrong places.

    bigkev1115 and LDYTRUCKER Thank this.
