If it sorta works, fill it with Lucas power steering stop leak. Cured many freightliner jacks with it.

Used it to lift the cab and the cab was up for two days, while in my shop. Went to let it back down, I rotated the lever and there was no pressure on it. It will lift up but won’t lower, unless I loosen the line at the pump.

My old Freightliner COE the cab would lower when I turned the valve. But on my Cornbinder, I had to jack it up and jack it down. One time I forgot to lift the locking sleeve that fit over the shaft of the cylinder. When I jacked it down I bent the sleeve and the cylinder shaft. Expensive mistake.
