Hello. Any hardships/disagreements regarding the language in the contract, submitted at orientation, and the realities during the next 13 months? Also, is it a 13 or 26-month contract? If you quit after the 13th. month, are you required to pay the entire tuition? Thank you.

Nothing that you aren't going to see no matter where you go.
Tuition is paid back over time, the first year you pay half of the payment and Swift pays the other half. Swift Academy is a separate organization (although owned by the same company). When you leave in the first year, you pay the remaining balance in full (including the portion Swift was paying).
The second year the company continues to pay it's portion, plus pay you back for what you paid the prior year. If you breach the contract, what I understand is that you lose out on that benefit and still owe the remaining amount that Swift is paying.KCGuy and Texas-Nana Thank this. -
Interesting information since I am considering Swift at this time...and talking to a recruiter. My understanding was as Darkschneidr said that Swift and the "new driver" each pay the academy about $150/month for 13 months and at that time your financial obligation is paid. I was not told about the second year pay back to the new driver. I will have to check on that.
