Well I'm at the TA. I spotted good for the driver side. Passenger side not so much.
I think a little less V would be better.

It's almost all east coast. The amount of doubles I have seen blown over in the ditch when I first started in WY or WHY????????. It has to be wyoming, in the top 5.

I wonder which fleets they monitor....

Cause the Pacific states being 3 of the 5 most dangerous seems a bit of a stretch if the most dangerous stretches are all east of the western devide.

I'm sticking with door swinging, my right shoulder is jacked from my years in the patch. As far as purchasing, I'm torn on going with a new tractor or buying used but serviceable and doing an inframe when that time comes. I'll still be making 80% before insurance, fuel, etc.. while running his equipment, and it let's me get a feel for a move into the O/O game.

I have a feeling those "dangerous stretches" has to do with population density and number of wrecks vs severity. It also seems that more often drivers are sitting out WY rather than challenging the old gods.

I suppose it depends how you define "risky."

I've always felt at home in traffic, growing up near Chicago. Those mountains out west had a little pucker factor for me in the winter time. Lol
