Just wondering if this is worth taking a closer look at.
Sand boxes Laredo to San Antonio two trips per day $700.00 per load.
    Is this doable ?

If it was 20 miles ABSOLUTELY, 200 miles, maybe not.

$700 for 150 miles = $4.67 per loaded mile. If you can do two loads every day without delays on either end, that's $1400 per day. 5 days x $1400 per day = $7000 revenue per week.

    Why wouldn't you do that?

Glad I did not bite on this now. I talked with a person who has been their for two weeks. With E - Logs you can only make 3 loads in 2 days.

If it’s 15 miles in on a lease road, thats10 mph and when you get to the well site, there are 30 trucks in front of you.........

If you guys are hauling exclusively for the oilfield, you can start running under the oilfield HOS rules, and you can use wait time (waiting on wellsite) to pause the clock. Even if you're not on the actual location, you're backed up on the lease road waiting. You don't have to be logged On Duty during that time.

I did. What about it? I was running under the oilfield exemption for almost fifteen years. If you're parked on the lease road waiting, then log off duty-waiting at wellsite.
