Which is the cleanest company.

    Eh, the dirtier the truck, the lighter the load you can haul. :biggrin_255: Makes a difference when you're lumping it yourself.

    In this economy I'd be wary of the ones that are all spotless. Too much time on their hands. :biggrin_25523:

    Inside of my (company) truck is spotless, all the time. The outside gets cleaned when I get to a terminal. The only thing I clean on the outside is glass, lights and mirrors. I the winter I try to remove built up snow and ice.

    I really don't think you can judge a company by how clean the equipment is. I'd be more worried about how banged up it is. I'd be embarrassed to drive some of the trucks I see out there with bent/broken/missing farings etc. I don't care if it's clean, but if your drivers are always hitting stuff there's a problem. And if you aren't fixing that stuff, well, that says a lot to me.
