What companies pay drivers an actual salary?

Then in that case it ain't really that much different from other carriers. I know in my situation for instance, if it was 1250 gross, by time my child support, insurance, and other deductions come out, it's a wash.

 

Talked to recruiters from Valley Trans in MN and Trans - United in IN. They both have a salary option.

Advertised pay is ALWAYS GROSS! Everybody has a different tax situation. It is impossible for anybody to advertise take home pay.

Yes and no. I'm looking to start at the end of February. I had some life/medical issues come up that's preventing me jumping in as soon as I had wanted.

 

I.m in no hurry but I could use one more driver based out of north west ar or joplin mo area

 

Talk to them anyway. They may make an exception.
