Yes, I know they suck, so does the economy. I am hoping someone can clear up a few questions for me.
Does anyone know, preferrably from experience, how they work thier training program? I have heard that they put Hubby and Wife in a truck with trainer for phase I. 3 to a truck can't be correct but it is england so who knows!
Any inside info would be great.

did you call Crappy Ripoff England and ask them? Just remember the recruiter can tell you anything! I just don't see any company putting 3 people in a 2 person truck except for the US Marshalls own service!

I see england Training trucks every day up and down US 67 in Texas. I say to my self "Yup a sucker is born every day LOL".

Rollover the orig, CRST has 3 man teams and someone else does trainer plus 2 trainees.
-
Yes, husband just finishing Phase II, his phase I trainer has trained many Husb.and wife teams, and his phase II trainer and his wife trained my husband till she got off the truck
-
Sorry, but there is NO WAY I'd do a three man team! I did not know Crash and Roll Stunt Team did that! That's a scary thing to know about THAT company! How does the trainer train 2 people when he's SLEEPING while one trainee is driving?

I know that there was a husband and wife training in the same truck with central refrigerated they were posting on the central rerigerated truck stop thread but i have not seen anything from them in awhile so i do not know if they made it or not but they did go throught the school together and were on the same truck training together the last time that they posted.

They don't do three man teams in the truck, they do 2 out 1 at home...

For my wife and I who currently drive as a team for England, we both had the same trainer for Phase 1. We didnt have to deal with a trainer for Phase 2 which sometimes didnt make sense, but it worked out fine. Plus, while every other solo Phase 2 trainee was spending life on the road with a trainer for 2 months, we were only in Phase 2 for 30 days. It ended up being a little more than that because it was very difficult to get a load back to or through Salt Lake to do our upgrade since theres high demand for England drivers who constantly have to get back to SL.

How has your experiance with England been? I have heard alot of bad, but have got to believe there is some good.
