Seems like there's a lot of people in PA tonight. I myself am at the Petro in carlsville I think exit 6 on the 70 load delivers tomorrow at 930 at night walmart DC in pottsville. Well congrats to all the graduates and congrats to those who have passed their upgrade tests.

 

1bad is in louisville 3 hours short on time to make his drop in Detroit. Not sure if they are gonna get someone to repower it or not waiting to see.

 

Im sittin in Salt Lake waiting to see what they are going to do. I want to get back on the road soo bad. I saw two doctors today and cant get em to sign off on ok to drive after my injury.

The class that started today didnt look very big. Jan-Aug it always seemed like HUGE classes. They a lil more selective in bringing people in or demand decreased??

 

well hi room its been a while how is every one doin was supposed to start i riverside today but got it pushed to the 12 i believe. got it pushed back because i need new glasses weeel keep up the great job guys hope to see u on the road. anybody starten class on the 12 of nov ?

 

Well day one at central training acadamey is over!!!! I guess I have been worring over nothing cause I passed the DOT physical,Workwell,and I dont do drugs so I will also pass that as well! todays class was real long and boring there were only 11 students in our class today and everybody had all of their stuff done by noon so the second half of the day was studying for the dmv test on wednesday.Good luck to everyone and drive safe fellas!!!!

 

ok as some of you know my wife is taking classes to be a lawyer so i asked her to look up the laws about carring a gun in commerical trucks from 1887 till 1995 there was the ICC interstate commerce commision that regulated transportation in 1995 the ICC was disbanded and the federal dot was born i said before that its aganist the law to carry a fire arm in a commerical truck in the ICC book it was cut in dry what i said was true the new federal dot trashed the old ICC law book and started a new one under the old book we could carry shot guns and black powder pistols the laws stated about rifles and hand guns and there laws where in plane english for not so smart truckers like myself in the new dot laws it dosen't say you cant have a gun but there are 4 different laws my wife found in greek language (non lawyer types like most of us) if you put all the parts together to make the gun work you cant have it in a commercial vehicle unless its in the trailer and on the manifest and the cant be put together.
one law states you cant transport a gun unless you have a (FFL) federal firearms license and they half to be unloaded dissambled and locked away out of the occupents reach another one says its unlawfull to carry ammo in a commerical vehicle another one says no expolsive divices i.e. bullet leaving the barrell and the last one says no primers or detonation divices allowed so all in all in english we cant carry a firearm in a commerical vehicle

That is why 1bad carries a ball bat for protection! He never has been one to deal with guns on a personal level. He does have one but best we know hasn't been fired in around 50 years and not sure it is safe to fire. It was given to his grandpa in WW2 and he has it just as a keepsake of his papa whom he loves/loved dearly. I said a ball bat isn't enough but my man may not be the tallest, buffest man out there but try to take something of his that you didn't ask permission to use and he turns into one scrappy dude I wouldn't want to mess with. Dynamite comes in small packages ya know! And get him mad and watch out he can throw a punch like Mike Tyson!
Anyway he is on his way to detroit now they moved his appointment time so he could deliver what they tell him is a couple million dollars worth of medical supplies that have to get there tomorrow. Already has another load deading to somewhere in Ohio I forget where he said exactly then off to ummmmmm #### some where in NC should be able to get it in this week. Miles should be well over 3000 for the week due to 700 not making it in on this week's check. Got to the TA about 15 min after UPS picked up last wed. This is gonna be a rocking check. Hope they keep him rolling like this next week too our personal truck needs new tires and a couple minor repairs oh and santa is calling looking for a check!
