So I’ve came to the conclusion I should leave all the companies I’m leased on with. Day and Ross , bison , TransX , teams , trappers Arnold bro’s. I have 25 trucks with em. And I’m planning on just starting my own company Is their good amount of freight out of Winnipeg ? To get started

Winnipeg is a tight market to leave . Always has been..A fair amount coming in but carriers have most outbound locked in cheap even for reefer.

I would suggest start out with 5 on your own - leave the rest leased...and then slowly transition to moving all your trucks as you build a direct customer base -

    This is an excellent idea.

I would either do a mentioned above, or just start shifting trucks to the carrier who treats me the best. On that list, I’m gonna assume Bison is paying the most? They are also the most desperate for trucks/drivers (in my opinion) so capitalize on that. I would keep some at TransX, just as a plan B and to mix it up. I’m surprised you make anything with TEAMs, Trappers, Day and Ross or Arnold Bros.
