My father had bought brand new, 1969 396 m22 4speed car. Blue/black interior poverty hub caps just like that in Cleveland Ohio. Big street racing scene up there. Those BB Nova were know as Hemi killers. I have bill of sale, window sticker and tshirt stored away. Nobody know were the car is anymore. -

No, they had serial numbers not Vin. I know this because I have tried to track down his 1956 2dr Belair that was stolen in 1969 in Streetsboro. That why he bought the nova. I did that while he was alive. Thought it would be cool to find. He loved that nova, but he was still sad 50 years later over that Belair.
The serial numbers/body numbers are a tough search. Unless you just run across it.cke, 650cat425, PoleCrusher and 4 others Thank this. -
So I heard through the grapevine that the first truck my dad hauled logs with is getting a full restoration. '76 W900A extended hood with a 3408 and 18x4 transmission. Crazy that the company kept the truck all those years.
