Teens sue school over punishment for racy pics

Their so called "punishment" was being banned from participating in fall sports. They were not suspended from school, just extracurricular activities. And as far as I can remember, in order to participate in extracurricular activities, you had to be on your best behavior, both in and out of school.

 

Now they'll have to find a way to pass the extra time. Maybe they could have a sleepover and take silly pictures to post- OH WAIT!

My son is never going to public school.

 

Hell I am not sure if I wanna bring kids into this world right now. I mean they haven't done anything to me so why should I make them suffer.

 

these kids signed agreements to NOT do anything like they did. they did it, got caught and lost the right to play in fall sports. too freakin bad.

its part of the rules ALL Indiana High School Athletes follow. its so terrible that the athletes who agree to be held to a higher standard get upset when they are punished for not meeting that standard.
