I have a 2009 volvo with d 13 I have an issue with a code that keeps coming up . The code is ppid 35. I have tried everything from changing egr to 3 different delta p sensors also new egr cooler and venturi tube new catalyst in the back. But I'm still getting same code. When truck is hooked up to vcads and you're in the egr testing screen the egr open and closed and I get a changing egr mass flow as well the only problem is that the value for the delta p sensor does not change no matter what it's always constant and the same stuck at.82. Originally though it was wiring checked all delta p wiring everything checks out perfect even ran new signal wire from exam to delta p and still same issue. I'm thing that the exam is cooked but don't want to jump right anything if anyone has had this type of problem you're help is very much appreciated.

Sounds like horse running,as if its not running even.

This ended up being wiring harness once I replaced wiring harness for engine code went away everything came back to normal.
