    My brother has 3 felony drug convictions, these are not as a user. the latest one was 20 years ago. he has a C.D.L-A and i was wondering if any driver knows of a company that would hire him. he has been out of driving for awhile but is looking into taking a refresher course

    Standard hiring procedure is: 10 years from date of conviction.

    With a refresher course he should be able to gain employment.

    my dad is a felon and he got a driving job 7 yrs after he got out i know the trash haulers hire

    Otherwise the Co's will only look at the last one and the time since.
    Being a Drug Charge its gonna be slim to none.
