REED TRANSPORTATION SERVICES NON PAYMENT

I could care less of their internal payment policies. I'm normally give 30 days net + 1 week for possibility of mail delay. After that, I'll be bagging accounting department of the broker every other day by email and phone calls. If I don't get paid for another 7-10 days, will go after the bond. Likely I didn't have to get there yet. However there is no tolerance for brokerage company to fix their internal issues with my financial resources. 30 days is more then enough.

 

I feel your pain. The very first car I hauled has not payed me either. It’s been since the 15th. I’m hoping the will eventually pay but they have already started not responding to emails. Very frustrating. Now I have to learn how to send things to collection company or possibly file a small claims. I’m sure all of which will cost more money. So many shady characters in this business it seems.

 

30 days from the date they were supposed to pay. Or 30 days from the date of delivery?

Pay was healthy hourly rate.
